living will
dillon asked:

i have some close guy friends that could be my roommmate. obviously, i’d have to pick only one.

do you think i should have a roommate? the apartment is small. it has a small living room, kitchen, one big bathroom, and a small bedroom.

what do you recommend and i will have a big king bed in my room sooo would it be weird if we both slept on the bed or what should i do?

that’d be really awkward, i wouldn’t recommend it because moving in with someone changes a lot

  • Sicilia:

no roommate. it would be a bit arkward to share such a small space with a friend.

  • innermanga:

sure but u take should take the big room and have the other take the small

  • EverydayJoe:

Whatever you do, DO NOT sleep on the same bed. But just get a roommate if you think the rent is too much for you to handle on your own.

  • kimmie:

i wouldnt recommend a roomate seems a little too close for comfort

  • squall:

Grown men sleeping in one bed seems *** to others, but is fine as long as no one else knows about it an you don’t snuggle/sleep ****..

  • Smalls:

If you need a roommate to help pay the rent or if you think you would like the company then go for it. However, I would suggest either getting rid of your bed and getting a twin…(roommate could get a twin as well) or letting the roommate have the living room as a bedroom.

Keep in mind that roommates can be a pain.

  • Steven:

A studio does not have a bedroom. The living room is also the bedroom.

If you have a 1 bedroom apartment, that’s a whole different story.

  • demyx52:

I also think it would be kind of weird having to sleep in the same bed. The apartment is kind of small so unless you are really tight on money I would advise against it or get 2 different beds if you really have to.

  • Achmed A:

If my friends got roommates, they would go together & get a 2-bedroom apartment & split the rent.
Two guys sharing a studio isn’t going to make for good friendship.

  • chucksright:

share the rent not a bed.

agree to a one month probation and be clear that if you don’t get along he will need to move out after the 30 days is up.

the studio apt I had was one long room.

with a big closet and bathroom.

you can get a sofa or a futon for the roommate or guest.

now if your roommate is a hot girl sleep anywhere you like.

if you can afford it don’t get a roommate.

roommates eat your food and drink your beer.

and sometimes don’t have the rent money.

if you don’t live in a great neighborhood look into an alarm system maybe even one that’s monitored if you have nice stuff.

    good luck

idk.. that’s a pretty small space. if you let them move in, you don’t really get the luxury of being independent… ur stuck with people who are sometimes cool, and sometimes complete idiots… it changes ur perspective… u should stay by yourself, and considering allowing them to move in if you feel comfortable later in the future

unless ur *** i dont recommend it
