There are some places where you can get it done for free, and there are certain lawyers who will charge 450 dollars an hour, and they could say there is 2 hours work here.
Do some research before you go any further, as to what your needs are. You can actually get the forms that you need on line, and then have an attorney look them over, after you fill in the blanks. This might save you a considerable amount of money, because the lawyer would have to do less work, thus less billing time.

I work in a nursing home and we give them out for free! Don’t hire a lawyer! Go online or call your nearest hospital!
