I am the only one on the lease for my apartment, but my dad is the guarantor. My boyfriend is planning on moving in with me, and the landlord said it is okay for someone to move in as long as I accept full responsibility for them and pay an extra $100 a month. My dad is against living together before marriage, and although I am old enough to make my own decisions, I do not want to ruin my relationship with my dad. Will he be notified if my boyfriend moves in?
