living will forms
Nicky asked:

I am trying to figure out what forms I will need to divorce my husband..here’s some info..

*We live in Mendocino county
*Been married since 2007
*No kids
*No property
*I dont want to take him for anything and he doesnt want to take me for anything/We agree on everything.
*No major debts

I know I could go to a lawyer but I don’t want to spend the money and we live in a very small town and we dont have very many lawyers here, the ones that are here I wouldnt want to ask advice about how to cross the street they are that bad.

Are forms FL800 and FL 820 the correct forms I will need?

Any advice/tips would be great

Thanks!

my uncle only owns his mobile home and is paying a mortgage on the land. He is going to have heart surgery next month. All of his 3 kids are grown, but one has always lived with him and helped him out, so in case of his own death, he wants the home and land and his truck to go to the son that has always lived with him.
What is the cheapest easiest route to go to make sure his son gets everything and no other kids or ex wife can take or argue over anything.
We are not sure if he will need a will or a trust.
This is Texas, so any information would be helpful.
Is there a free site to download the forms and then just file them with the court or have them notorized.

I am trying to plan in the event of my death. I am 67 yrs old-male in Florida. I want to leave my estate to my wife first and then my adult children. Will I or my beneficiaries save more in overall costs if I have a living trust or a will? Is it more beneficial to have a living trust for my wife and I together or for my self only? My net worth in propertyand all may be 2 million. Any advice is appreciated.

I am trying to get custody of my daughter. She is 2. Mom has many emotional and alcohol problems. I need not go into detail. The Question is she is now been able to get a 2 bedroom apartment, how she will afford it I don’t know, I make 50% more than her and am finding out i can only afford a one bedroom. Will this work against be at custody?

Married 11 yrs and lived apart for 10 months. We have been back together 2 weeks and a couple in every way but verbal. I want my family back together but happier than it used to be. No violence or cheating but a lot of tension and fighting.

In this economy, downsized by a greedy, dishonest employer that contested everyone’s unemployment, I’m in a place where there may be a period of time between this apartment and another. Paying Child Support, I need to report address changes.

Can living in a room per week or motel with them temporarily cause problems with custody in Pennsylvania?

Four decades and this is all new to me.

Thanks for your input ahead of time.

I am a US citizen and my current wife too. We have no children.
My first wife and my 2 children from her (over 25 of age) are not US citizens and all live in Europe.
Will my European first wife or my European children from her inherit my house in the USA when I pass away?

I need to establish a Will & a Living Will. Has anyone done this through those websites? Should I forget about the web sites and go to an attorney? The law firms are probably very expensive. Anyone have any experience with this? Thank you in advance.
