Cowboy’s Sweetheart asked:

I’m trying to get my affairs in order but I’m having a hard time finding anyone to witness my Living Will, nobody wants to “get involved”. Can relatives be witnesses? Also, I’m going to have it notarized. Do the witnesses have to sign in the presence of the notary? I live in the state of Virginia.

Jason asked:

Let’s say I was injured – I do not want to be treated by modern medicine. Is there a way even if I was seriously injured to put into my living will to not allow them to touch me or treat me in anyway? Just to leave me be and let nature take it’s course? I know it sounds morbid but hospitals these days sure they’ll save your life but they **** you dry for every penny you’re worth even with insurance. Is this possible?

afp316 asked:

I am in the process of writing my will. MUST I have them BOTH present to sign; example, in the same room, face to face, signing in front of me, or can I go to each individually, have them read my will, and sign it?
I am not having it notarized. Even if I were, I am asking besides notarization.
