Now that I’m pregnant, is there anything that I need to do in addition to the living will? Do I need any other type of paperwork drawn up in addition to the living will and the regular will? The documents state that you must complete and file with the US Living Will Registry in Westfield, NJ to be valid. I can’t believe that this absolutley must be filed in order to be valid. Can’t one just complete this form, or a generic of it, and keep on hand in known whereabouts if the issue ever comes up?
