I know this question has been asked before, but i am confused about the funeral arrangement. Is this part of a living will? As i understand a living will gives directives on what i want to do if i am in a need of medical care such as no resusitate or no tubes and so on. But does it apply to funeral arrangement like who i want to have to do it or where i want and so on. I want to have a living will made but uncertaint as what it covers. thanks.

Last night, my wife and I were sitting in

just pull the plug”.

She got up and unplugged the TV and threw
out my beer.
She’s such a B*tch………

I have a living will in the safety deposit box that expresses my wishes shall I become unable to make them on my own and defers some of the decisions to my husband. Now that I’m pregnant, is there anything that I need to do in addition to the living will? Do I need any other type of paperwork drawn up in addition to the living will and the regular will? I live in Georgia, United States.

My dad-in-law is terminal and was given a Living Will form by the hospital to complete if he so wished. The documents state that you must complete and file with the US Living Will Registry in Westfield, NJ to be valid. I can’t believe that this absolutley must be filed in order to be valid. Can’t one just complete this form, or a generic of it, and keep on hand in known whereabouts if the issue ever comes up?
