My dad is a private person. I do not know if he has a living will, his SS#, insurance information, where he would like to be buried, where he banks, if he has debt, etc. We have a good relationship, yet he is not planning for the future. He recently had a serious accident and this could be a good time to broach this uncomfortable subject. Please recommend a concise resource to find a “checklist” of items he needs to address in planning for emergencies or his passing.
