Living Will-Living Will Forms

Yeah it’s kind of funny. I keep telling my dad he needs to make a living will and he hasn’t. He is still married to my mom and doesn’t want her to know that he has like $20,000 in credit card debt.

He says he is willing to take her to a lawyer to have a very basic living will done – just to state how their assets should go to the children in the event of their deaths . In setting this up with a lawyer, will the topic of his credit card debt even come up?

I applied for financial aid but do not qualify. I’m under 25 and even though my parents do not help me with ANY cost for school or bills they will not approve me for financial aid.
