I am in NYS, outside of the city,if I check findlaw.org, I can find many different lawyers dealing with wills, but all too far away. Also, how do you check their credentials or know that they are good or not? I am not looking for a sarcastic,non-caring lawyer, need a good, qualified lawyer that strictly handles will/living wills/power of attorney. Also what is the cost for this? Please reply only if your a legal professional. Thank You

If I am going to become a pharmacist ,(which I believe make between $70,000 and $100,000 a year,) have three children, and live in Alaska, how much spending money will I have after paying for the cost of living?
I do not currently live in Alaska. I plan to move there in a few years.

I am not trying to draw attention to myself I am asking a question. That is why I said if I become a pharmacist. I am not a pharmacist yet I am considering pharmacy as a college major and am wondering about my future.

If you have a living will made out and signed by you with a witness then is that all you have to do or is it imperative to have it notarized by a notary public? I heard that the will doesn’t count unless it is notarized and was wondering if that is true or not.
Ah, I think I worded this wrong. I didn’t mean a living will. I just meant a regular will. The kind of will that people have so their belongings go to family when they pass away. That sort of thing. Sorry for the confusion. My fault.
